30-Day Returns

We want you and your pet to love your Nevora order. If you're not happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and in their original packaging.
• Please include your order number with your return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at trynevorainfo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we'll cover it: just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll help you swap it.
