Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it ships.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 8–18 business days
- Australia: 8–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after dispatch.
Duties and Taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
